The company undertakes the Phase-III project in Indonesia with an annual capacity of 120,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate, and is committed to building Southeast Asia’s leading smart manufacturing base for lithium ion battery materials.
Wellthinic Technology provides customized MES implementation and end to end digital delivery services for this project. Through close collaboration to build this overseas smart factory, we establish an MES centered digital management and control system covering the whole workflow from raw material receiving to finished product warehousing. It delivers transparent production, traceable quality, real time data and efficient operations, jointly driving the globalized, digital and intelligent upgrading of lithium battery material manufacturing.
Solution Description:
Built on Siemens Opcenter SIMATIC IT UA platform, the MOM system complies strictly with ISA-95 standards and supports BPMN-2.0 workflow. Serving as the core of the smart factory and the information hub for system integration, MES enables end to end digital management and control covering raw material incoming to finished product warehousing.Adopting an edge to cloud deployment architecture, the solution meets requirements for unified group wide multi plant governance, historical data archiving and 7×24 hour non stop stable operation. It addresses key pain points including large quantities of critical production line equipment with high control complexity, complicated lithium iron phosphate manufacturing processes and insufficient end to end quality traceability, multi language communication for overseas operations in Indonesia, skill gaps among local staff and remote group level management requirements, as well as data silos across production, quality, equipment and energy modules, together with inefficient and error prone paper based records.The solution fully enables equipment networking, data acquisition, production execution, quality management, equipment monitoring and fault early warning, full chain traceability, multi system collaboration and digital operations.
