Solution Description:
Based on Siemens SIMATIC PCS7 process control system, Wellthinic Technology implemented the plant automation control and electrical package with integrated hardware and software. Redundant controllers and IO modules together with standardized program architecture were adopted to deploy a compliant and controllable DCS system, enabling full digital communication and closed loop control for field site equipment. The system is fully aligned with GMP requirements to achieve complete traceability of production data.Core components including Siemens PLC410 5H, S1500 and G120 frequency converters as well as industrial switches are integrated. Electrical design complies with GB standards, and hardware quality is guaranteed by mainstream brand components. Customized turn key delivery is provided alongside paperless document review and strict control over the overall delivery timeline. Comprehensive technical coordination and long term after sales support are also offered. This builds a stable, compliant smart manufacturing management platform and facilitates the customer’s standardization and digital transformation of production workflows.
